KAZ Minerals Russia is currently looking for an HSE Training Supervisor.

Structural division: HSE

Reports to: HSE Manager (Site)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development and Implementation of a site Training Plan;
• Development and Implementation of site Inductions and training programs (High risk training and mandatory training according to the Laws of the Russian Federation);
• Oversee the Implementation / maintenance of the Peschanka Project Training Database to ensure that accurate records are kept of all employees training history;
• Provide data when required on statutory reporting to governmental departments;
• Provide internal training activity reports and gap analysis;
• Provide recommendation on the best or most suitable method, addressing employee’s skill gaps as requested by line management;
• Periodically review internal training programs to ensure that a consistent standard of training methodology and documentation is in place;
• Audit internal training records to ensure that mandatory training of employees are being complied with;
• To participate where required by management in other working groups and parties and to give advice on training issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher (or postgraduate) education for relevant profession.
• 5-8 years of experience at similar Training Supervisory roles in metals & mining.
• English - Upper-intermediate;
• Knowledge of the Laws of the Russian Federation Labor Code, legislative and other normative acts, methodological and other materials relating to personnel training and development activities would be a plus.
• Experience in establishment and management of training function in the organization.
• Knowledge of the HSE rules and regulations.
• Ability to lead presentations and discussions around Training priorities.
• Highly developed communication, supervisory, coaching and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
